Description:

Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.

Process It works on the basic principle of inspection of the filled bottle which comes from Filling Line.There are three conveyors on the same line.   The center conveyor is to pass the bottle labeling purpose.  Remaining two Conveyors is for inspection purpose.  When the filled comes from filling line, bottle is diverted to inspection and stopped there for manual inspection.  After the inspection,  inspected bottle is to be put on Center Conveyor for labeling purpose.

There is black & white back-ground with tube light for manual inspection of the filled bottle.
